This is an attempt to merge a collage style where the elements are obviously cut and pasted into onto the digital image with a more traditional Photoshop type using blended layers etc
I am an expressionist by nature and this approach, I think, will lead to an interesting space where images are neither too antiseptic or too unformed.
The hardest part is knowing where the balance is i.e. when to stop refining and leave the rough edges in place. It is those rough edges that make a piece human.
